Bay Point is a two-story home situated on a half-acre property located near Miami’s Design District. Working closely with our clients, a family with three energetic boys, we developed a lush sub-tropical landscape with opportunities for play and discovery. A children’s garden that includes a multi-functional play structure and adventure pathways runs the length of the backyard perimeter buffer. Divided into two portions, the swimming pool provides a shallow wading area for children and a deep end for open swim activates. Granular pathways connect the front and rear portions of the property passing through rich textural planting layers, which provide visual connections to interior spaces.
